WE’VE ALWAYS BELIEVED IN THE POWER OF DESIGN TO SUPERCHARGE LEARNING

Resero Group has a long history of innovation and ground-breaking design. Born in Australasia and exporting to the world, we’re a privately owned business, with a family of trusted furniture brands. Sebel and Furnware have been respected for over half a century and our furniture is in schools and other facilities around the globe.

We design and create world-class school furniture - and we learn the most from the people who use it. We live in the classroom, looking for insights, big and small, to help create spaces that lift everyone to achieve more. We work closely with customers to deliver exactly what they need.

We’re forever learning because that’s the way to make serious breakthroughs that can help boost learning. We push boundaries, innovate faster and collaborate with our customers and the best brains around. We’re quick to adapt and lead, protecting what matters along the way - our people, our partnerships, the opportunity to learn, and the planet we live on.

Learning never stops – and neither do we.

Where we’ve come from

That belief in the power of well-designed furniture was generated by two amazing people in our history.

Hamish Whyte and his family own the Resero Group. Hamish had a clear vision in his early days with Furnware, that the company could help children around the world to finish their educational life fulfilled and empowered.

In Australia, Harry Sebel was a true inventor, pioneering plastic chair moulding back in the 50’s, balancing form, function and affordability. Millions of his chairs went into classrooms around the globe.

Vision and innovation from two impressive guys. A pretty powerful combination that still guides us today.

Good people, great support

With offices in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore, we have passionate, talented people in all areas of our business - design, manufacturing, sales, service, logistics and marketing. We know furniture, and we’re all committed to delivering exceptional quality, advice and service at every step.

We’re happy to say we’re on a bit of a crusade because we all believe education deserves the very best support and we’re here to play a big part in that.
